World Vegetarian by Madjur Jaffrey

and The Art of Indian Vegetarian Cooking by Yamuna Devi which is simply the best cookbook ever and after 500 cookbooks and 30 years in a kitchen, I know of which I speak.

I don’t cook much but I love your recipes. I love to cook and eat soup and you have some wonderful recipes. I’m not pre-ordering your latest book yet. I’ll be in New York at the time your book is coming out but I don’t know exactly where at this time. I’ll have to go to Barnes & Noble and pick up a copy or more. My three nieces are vegetarians
