Would this freeze well? I want to take it thanksgiving dinner but we are traveling the whole week before arriving at our Thanksgiving destination. I would have to make it the Saturday or Sunday before.

Shockingly, I make this humus without chickpeas – substitute raw cashews – soaked for 2 hours. Scrumptious!

I put a bit more liquid (cheekpis water, tahin, lemon and oil) and added a half a spoon of smoked paprika.

Absolutely the best hummus I’ve ever tasted. I put a smidge more cumin because we Trinis love cumin (geera) but not enough to overpower it. It’s food that made me dance while I ate.
