Another excellent recipe and thank you for being my go to site for delicious ideas. This was tasty (as always), easy to follow, and I have some great leftovers. I added some extra sliced veggies to the pickling and it added more flavor, texture, and crunch. With appreciation.

This is my favourite sandwich, straight up. I first tried it in 2021 and have made it every summer since. I’m always so excited to eat it and it’s always even better than I remember! It’s the perfect blend of textures and flavours, and it manages to be both fresh and decadent. I don’t want to get too out of hand with my praise here, but if I could marry this sandwich, I would. Seventeen stars out of five.

This is pretty much my dream sandwich. The marinade on the tofu is *chef’s kiss* and I cannot get enough of the pickled veg. Thanks, Love and Lemons!

Looks good. L9ve the pickled veggies. The Missing essential is the pate. No great bahn mi should be without. Easy to do. Buy liverwurst, season with Vietnamese spice blend including anise, lemongrass and a bit of cinnamon. Add a dollop of mayo, an smear onto to bread before rest of ingredients. (LOOK UP BAHN MI PATE recipe). This will take the sandwich over the top.

This was so good. I was getting fed up with 0
Paying 13$ for a roll and some veggies. I made this and it was easy and delish. Only change for me would be that I like long for skinny veggies vs matchesstick only bc they fall out less. Thanks for this recipe!
