I love balsamic vinaigrette dressing and I wanted to make my own. That’s when I found your recipe. I made it and it’s so good and so easy to make. I don’t buy store bought anymore. I love it. I would recommend this to anyone that wanted to start making their own dressing.

The two teaspoons of Dijon mustard made the recipe a bit pungent to my liking. I tried again replacing it with stoneground mustard. Worked for me!

I make this all the time with avocado oil and/or refined coconut oil. This recipe comes out perfect every time!

I have made this a few times as written and its very good. Today I altered the recipe a tiny bit because i didnt have enough olive oil. I Swapped the olive oil for avocado oil and did a little less salt and it turned out great. I am not a huge fan of the taste of olive oil. I will definitely keep this substitution for the future. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

The garlic will go rancid over some time – store bought dressings have more preservatives.
