Thanks for the recipe. Will try it tonight. I am my wife’s primary caregiver so hope to suprise her with a tasty treat! We both enjoy sweet potatoes so this will be a change from air fryer fries! Thanks Lady’s for the help.

Cooked to perfection. A little cinnamon after splitting open makes it perfect. The potato was so soft and smooth. Thank you!

Excellent easy recipe! In addition, I brush the skins with olive oil and add course salt.

I usually just put my sweet potatoes in the microwave, but I thought I’d try this for a change and it completely ruined my potatoes. They’re both uncooked and burnt. I had to finish them off in the microwave and they turned out really gross.
