No soups?! I look forward to trying some of these delicious ideas yet I was hoping to find a cold soup. I already know a refreshing and smooth avacado/cucumber soup but I’m hoping to discover another.

In reply to Camila Melendez. Sure hope you have tried avocados as a dessert. I make a very simple dessert using mashed avocado, lime juice and some sugar. You can use your sweetener of choice. I have served it to many of my house guests and they were so surprised and all of them ate it and enjoyed it.

In reply to Camila Melendez. You should try it! The chocolate flavor overrides the avocado taste so the avocado just gives a creamy texture.
