Hi Deborah, I wouldn’t freeze this one. I think the taste and texture of the avocado could change when thawed.

Delicious and so easy to prepare! I love garlic,so I used one clove instead of 1/2 .
Yummy

I didn’t have lemon juice, so I subbed lime…. this is hands-down the easiest, most delicious sauce, and I want to put it on everything or dip everything in it! (I also had to sub 1 tsp dried dill for the 1 Tbsp of fresh, but it was still very tasty). I actually prefer it a little bit chunky for dipping veg into, but will definitely be making this every time I get avocados in my vegetable box. It’s amazing in wraps, salads, in burritos…. I’m still exploring uses for it, because it’s so good!

Added some nutritional yeast, a dash of white vinegar, honey, and used garlic powder instead of garlic – really nice over roasted veggies & crispy lentils
