Perfect as is! I had some arugula to use up so I made this, roasted broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper, zucchini, onion and chickpeas and also mixed in some pasta, black olives and sun-dried tomatoes for a delicious dinner:)

Delicious! For my second batch I reduced the salt and added grated parmesan and I think I liked that a little bit more. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe.
