This was so dang tasty! i had Indian yogurt instead of Greek, but it worked great and the extra tanginess was enhanced when i doubled the lemon juice. i had enough for 2 small containers and the one i put in the fridge for a few days thickened and was just as tasty.

Wow! When I see your site on a google recipe search I know I can stop looking and follow your instructions. Every time I make one of your dishes I know it will be great. We were gifted an artichoke and I had no idea what to do.

This was great with a steamed artichoke. I had leftovers and used it as salad dressing on arugula. It’s now my go-to salad dressing!
