Delicious thank you! I used almond and whole wheat flour only (had run out of all purpose) and I experimented by omitting sugar.
Turned out that the applesauce was sweet enough and it turned out great.

Could I use all purpose flour for the entire recipe? Due to medical issues I cannot use whole wheat or almond flour?

This was such a quick, easy and delicious cake. Loved using apple sauce. Added your cream cheese frosting too.
