I made the apple crisp for Easter potluck.
So easy, so delicious! I had 2 servings left.
Not enough to share with co-workers. I’ll make it again and again.

In reply to Shirley. Hi Shirley, Humidity, a difference of ingredients, or how the flour was measured could make a little bit of difference, but I find crumbles to be easily fixable. If it was too wet, I would add a bit more flour, if it was too dry, I would add a little bit of water. I hope that helps!

I followed the recipe but my topping wouldn’t crumble. It was soft so I broke it up as well as I could and dropped it over top the filling. Any reason as to why it didn’t crumble? Thanks.

I never made apple crisp before. Following this recipe I made my first one 3 months ago. Today I’m baking my fourth one. EXCELLENT RECIPE! (I toasted the oats a bit).

Best apple crisp that I have ever made or eaten. Not overly sweet. My family loved it.
