Yummmmm!
Why did it take me so long to air-fry my zucchini?!

In reply to Kathy.

The air fryer is so fun to use and doesn’t heat up the house. I resisted for a long time because cause I felt like ‘I just don’t do that kind of cooking’. We finally got one to use while our kitchen was being remodeled. Game changer! Just Google things you want to cook and include ‘in an air fryer’. Easy peasy! And I’m 73 BTW😉

Our Place air fryer is the best! It is what I used to make this and it was delicious!

You are never too old to get and use an air fryer. I’m a 74 year old man. I’ve been air frying for five years.

Hi Kathy, you can roast it in the oven. Find our oven roasted zucchini recipe here: https://www.loveandlemons.com/roasted-zucchini/
