I never eve knew I wanted an air fryer lol, but this is my go-to. I generally stay with the o g recipe but have since strayed to subbing herbs de provence for the Italian seasoning. Heavenly combination. Thank you for posting, it’s a delicious take on the lowly potato.

I love walking in the door and throwing this together! I add a bunch of green beans and when finished I throw a fried egg on top and call it a meal. Thanks for the recipe and timing with my air fryer.
