What’s Pop of Flavor about?

Pop of Flavor is a celebration of cooking what you crave. It features 6 chapters that are organized by texture and flavor:

When I want to turn a simple meal into something crave-worthy, I often find myself reaching for a punchy sauce or a crispy topping to jazz it up.

Pop of Flavor is built around components like these. Some are store-bought (like chili crisp and capers) and some are homemade (like Red Pepper Tahini Sauce and Jalapeño Radish Pickles). ALL of them will add a delicious pop of flavor to whatever you’re cooking. I share 3 full recipes that use each component, plus tons of no-recipe ideas for incorporating it into easy meals.

All are vegetarian, and I share vegan and gluten-free variations whenever possible.

I also share my best tips for cooking with what you have, teaching you how to create your own plant-forward meals without a recipe.
